America's Digital Redemption

The dawn of the internet could have sparked a new renaissance that helped us come together, refine the systems we depend on, and solve problems like never before possible. Instead, we went in the exact opposite direction.

The Civil Network is designed to correct for that haphazard utilization of the technological revolution we unleashed on the world and take a back to where we all wanted to be in the first place. A happier, healthier, more peaceful America.

Unfortunately, since we did head off so far in the opposite direction, the Civil Network is FAR TOO BORING to succeed on its own merits.

It's virtually impossible for rational and logical solutions to prevail when our attention has been commoditized, and many of us struggle to engage with anything that doesn't first pummel our amygdala's.

So, while the Civil Network will completely revolutionize how we view and address our problems as a mature, responsible nation, we've built the introduction to help us all survive America's rebellious adolescence.

Another interesting obstacle that we've encountered is that because people are so used to the dysfunctional chaos of social media, many have a hard time imagining how we could use our technology in any other manner.

The easiest way to think of it is like a complaint department. Americans have no appropriate place in which to register and track grievances. Consequently, social media and to a great extent, our entire culture, is a raging sh*t show, because these platforms weren't designed to help you solve problems, but they certainly learned how to exploit them.

With the game clock running out, the bad news is that big money has almost locked in total control of the American experiment.

The good news is our future doesn't depend on a whole lot of people reading a book!

The Easiest Move in Politics

America is just starting to see how important comedy really is. Not only is it the litmus test for freedom, it's also a real handy way to defuse a volatile situation.

Conversely, America has relied far too heavily on outrage and blame.

Speaking out about anything, especially politics, will inevitably result in being vilified. But since the Civil Network essentially functions like a complaint department, we WANT everyone to dump their problems on us.

And since we insist creating a better time for everyone with fun and humor, WE'VE MADE A GAME OF IT!

Try out the Blame This Dude game flow to sample the core mechanics of the Civil Network by listing and prioritizing the problems that you care about most.
